Anup shrestha chairman of Red Cross Gulmi had a visit to HDC where six sack of 30 kgs rice & a box of biscuit was handed over to chairwoman of HDC Ganga Rayamajhi. After the handover programme he visited Upallo Tamghas where HDC is constructing Earthquake resistance deaf shelter to Deaf.

He was amused to see the great work of HDC.
