Patient lives in a rural area of Gulmi , Madane with her family.

By birth patient had problem with bilateral lower limbs. Due to poor economic condition of the family proper treatment couldn’t be done. So, become be ridden as time passed by.

So, we built her a disabled friendly toilet and disabled friendly environment and provided her with wheelchair and commode chair. The patient and family members are very happy and grateful now the she can easily move around in wheelchair and carry out her ADL’S with much less support.
