Patient lives in rural area of Gulmi ,Chhatrakot-4, with family. They do household work and farming for their livelihood. She was diagnosed with CP. Due to poor economic condition proper treatment couldn’t done at childhood. Now she has grown up her parents are very old and had been facing problem in their ADL’S as they have to support her in every ADL’S.

So HDC provided her with a wheelchair and built her a disable friendly toilet & Path. This has made the livelihood of parents much easier. The patient as well as the parents are very happy and grateful towards the services provided by HDC.
