Chet Bahadur Thapa 33 – Male. Madane – 6, Gulmi.

He lives in a rural area of Gulmi, Madane with his family. He had weakness of bilateral upper and lower limbs by birth.

Due to poor economic condition of the family he could not receive proper treatment and became disabled for his life.

He had to be supported for his ADL’s by his mother.

HDC provided him with ALTSO USA wheelchair and commode chair which would help him and his mother would carry out her daily household works.

We also built him a disable friendly environment along with disabled friendly toilet. As there were no proper road facilities it was difficult task and was more costly than usual.

Now, he can be moved around with much ease and carryout ADL’s by his mother more comfortably.

The Pt. as well as the family members is very happy and grateful towards service provided by HDC. His how is 3 hours from the Hope Disability Centre.
