Patient lives in a rural area of Resunga -10 ,Gulmi.

Due to poor economic condition of the family he was not provided with medial facility as he was diagnosed with polio.

The patient right leg has been severely affected and cannot carry out his ADL’S independently.

So, we built him a disabled friendly toilet and disabled friendly environment and provided him with wheelchair. The patient and family members are very happy and grateful now the he can easily move around in wheelchair and carry out her ADL’S with much less support.
