Patient lives in a rural area of Gulmi Darbar  -7 ,Gulmi, with family.

He was diagnosed with spinal bifida by birth. He visited various hospital but couldn’t become completely.

Due to this he’s Bilateral lower limbs are disabled and cannot carry out his ADL’S independently.

So, we built him a disabled friendly toilet and disabled friendly environment and provided him with wheelchair.

The patient and family members are very happy and grateful now the he can easily move around in wheelchair and carry out her ADL’S with much less support. Now he is very positive about his future ahead.
